Description

High-flow stainless steel exhaust system for BMW G22 G23 420i 425i 430i 435i 2.0T. Reduce exhaust backpressure, improve engine response, release deep sport sound with direct bolt-on installation.

Product Description

Factory exhaust systems on BMW G22 and G23 4-series 2.0T models come with restrictive mufflers and strict OPF/GPF emission calibration, resulting in muted sound, high backpressure and dull driving response. Our upgraded catback exhaust system is professionally designed for BMW 420i, 425i, 430i and 435i 2.0T turbo engines to restore true performance and sporty tone.

Made of premium 304 stainless steel with smooth mandrel bent pipes and precise TIG welding, this exhaust delivers outstanding heat resistance, anti-corrosion ability and long-lasting durability. It effectively reduces exhaust gas resistance, accelerates exhaust flow, sharpens throttle response and brings slight power and torque improvement. The optimized internal muffler structure eliminates highway drone, providing a quiet tone during daily cruising and a crisp aggressive sound during acceleration. All OEM mounting positions and sensor ports are fully reserved for 100% bolt-on installation without cutting, drilling or vehicle damage.
