Product Description

This high-performance valved exhaust system is specially designed for BMW G16 840i 3.0T inline-six turbo models. The factory original exhaust adopts conservative muffler design with strict OPF emission calibration, causing high exhaust backpressure, insufficient exhaust efficiency, dull throttle response and weak exhaust sound, restricting the original car’s power performance.

Our upgraded exhaust is made of high-quality T304 stainless steel, featuring integral mandrel bending and precise TIG welding, with high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion and durable service life. The optimized high-flow pipe structure effectively reduces exhaust backpressure, accelerates exhaust gas discharge, improves turbo response, and brings obvious power and torque improvement. Equipped with wireless remote control valve, it switches freely between quiet daily mode and aggressive sport mode, eliminating highway drone. All OEM mounting points are reserved for 100% bolt-on installation without cutting or drilling, no damage to the original vehicle. It is an ideal performance modification part for luxury sports cars, supporting global wholesale and OEM customization.
